What’s Open During Fall Break?

With fall break fast approaching, those of you planning to be around campus may be wondering what might have different operating hours this weekend.

 

University Housing

All residence halls will remain open during fall break.

Vol Dining

Stokely Fresh Food Company will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 17, and Friday, October 18. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 19, and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 20. PCB Café, Southern Kitchen, and Mabel’s will be closed Thursday through Sunday.

Convenience store, POD Market, and retail location hours can be found on the Vol Dining website.

Student Union

The Student Union will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 16, through Saturday, October 19. It will be closed on Sunday, October 20.

Locations inside the Student Union will have varying hours throughout fall break. Check the Vol Dining website and the VolShop website for more information.

RecSports

TRECS and the Student Aquatic Center will be open with modified hours Wednesday, October 16, through Saturday, October 19. The HPER Building and climbing wall, RecSports Southerland Fields, and TRECS Outdoor Center will be closed.

The T Transit System

The T Access and Link Service will run Thursday, October 17, and Friday, October 18, with limited service. The Hill, Neyland Express, Fort, Late Nite, JIAM shuttle, and ORNL/PSCC Service will not run.

No service will be provided on Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20.

UT Libraries

John C. Hodges Library will operate on regular hours during fall break. Pendergrass Library will close at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, and operate on modified hours Thursday and Friday. A full schedule of all library location hours can be found online.
