Simple preventative measures like engaging in daily activity or mindfulness meditation are great prevention strategies when coupled with consistent handwashing and other healthy habits!

Daily Activity Suggestions
‣ Body Weight exercises including squats, lunges, push-ups, planks.
‣ CORE exercises – can assist in strengthening your abs and back.
‣ Yoga or stretch to increase flexibility, strength, and practice mindful meditation.
‣ Cardio activities to get your heart rate up including walking, jogging, or biking.

Virtual Relaxation Station

Join the Center for Health Education & Wellness on April 15 to relax and ease into the rest of the semester with tips for better sleep and stress management. Discover resources you can still that may improve your mood and provide a sense of calm.
