The summer provides plenty of opportunity to think about your interests and what kind of organizations you want to get involved in once you arrive on campus. Lucky for you, there are over 400 student organizations to join! The other good news is that there are several ways for you to discover and learn about these organizations. VOLink is a system developed for all students to enrich their involvement experience at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Track your involvement in organizations, search for clubs and organizations, match your interests with existing organizations on campus, or start a new Organization, and add find events happening on campus!
You can either search for a specific organization or browse all organizations through the menu.
Virtual Organizations Fair
Want to get to know organizations on a more personal level before you get to campus? In order to connect new incoming students with student organizations, the Center for Student Engagement will be hosting Virtual Organizations Fairs throughout the summer. This is an opportunity for incoming students to meet with leaders of various student organizations to get more information on how to become involved with their organization! Students participating will attend a short information session and then will be released to meet with student organization leaders.
The Virtual Organizations Fair will take place on the following dates from 5:30– 7 pm EDT via Zoom:
- June 18
- July 2
- July 16
- July 30
- August 6
Some organizations to look for at the next fair include Advocates for Autism, Black Musicians Alliance, Engineers Without Borders, Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority, Short, Films Club, UT Canoe and Hiking Club, and so many more!
