There are numerous ways for University of Tennessee students to get involved and stay involved on campus and a great place to start is with the Center for Student Engagement (CSE)! The CSE hosts over 100 events ranging from concerts, game nights, craft nights, speakers, and more.
Check Out VOLink
A key resource used by the CSE for student involvement is VOLink. On VOLink, there are tools available to search for clubs and organizations, find campus events, and download your event pass. With over 400 student organizations, ranging from academic to sports clubs to advocacy organizations, there is a fit for everyone! Visit the CSE office in the Student Union in Suite 174 and visit go.utk.edu to learn more about what this office offers.
Follow All the Social Media Accounts
Social media is also a great resource to remain involved and up to date on things happening campus-wide. Some recommended Instagram accounts to follow would be UT Knoxville @utknoxville, the Center for Student Engagement @utkcse, UT Student Life @utkstudentlife, and Vol First-Year Experience @utkvolfye! All of these profiles are a great first step into tailoring your feed that it gives you a full picture of what our campus has to offer.
In addition to all of these fantastic opportunities and resources, students also have access to the UT events calendar. The events calendar lists upcoming events from different offices and programs campus-wide. Log in using your NetID and interact with events, personalize your calendar, and get recommendations for events and programs that may interest you.
