The Division of Student Life partners with the College Student Personnel (CSP) program to offer graduate assistantships designed for students pursuing a career in student affairs or a related field. Departments from across UT participate in Recruitment Weekend, offering candidates the opportunity to explore a variety of opportunities to grow professionally and gain critical experience to complement their academic program.
