In order to be eligible to take part in Tennessee Football student ticket request opportunities, you must complete these important registration steps before the first request period. Note: Ensuring your phone is updated to the latest operating system will offer the best experience.
Ready to request or purchase tickets?
Download the Tennessee Athletics App and log in with your [email protected] email, then navigate to the Rocky Top Rowdies section to request tickets or purchase tickets, make groups, or see your current T-credits.
About the Tennessee Athletics App 
Students have secure personal accounts in the Rocky Top Rowdies section of the Tennessee Athletics App from which they can manage their account information, track their attendance history, and view their T-Credits. As of fall 2024 students are able to request, purchase, and download tickets for football and home basketball.
When can I log into the app?
Currently enrolled students can log in to the Tennessee Athletics App with their [email protected] email at any time to access their Rocky Top Rowdies account and manage their account information, track their attendance history, and view their T-Credits. Eligible students (who have been assessed the SPSF fee, and do not have account holds) will also be able to request, purchase and download football and home basketball tickets.
Incoming eligible students will receive an email from Athletics with instructions to log in to the app and the Rocky Top Rowdies section in the app with their [email protected] email at the beginning of their first semester, and will have access to all the app features at that time. Incoming students will not have access to the app until that time. See information about eligibility below.
T-Credits and attendance history
Students can see their ticket history and their current T-Credits by logging in to the Tennessee Athletics App with their [email protected] emails, and navigating to the Rocky Top Rowdies section of the app. Students can click on the top banner that shows their point total or use the ‘more’ menu and click on ‘Activity’.

If you are having trouble logging into the app, please fill out a help form.
To be eligible for student tickets, you must be enrolled in classes and assessed any part of the student programs and services fee (SPSF). If you meet these criteria and still receive a message that you’re ineligible, it could be due to a hold on your account. If you are not aware of a hold on your account, please fill out a help form and we can look at your account. Please note that new students not will be able to create their Tennessee Athletics account until mid-August.
Students can see their ticket history and their current T-Credits by logging in to the Tennessee Athletics App with their [email protected] email and navigating to the Rock Top Rowdies section of the app. Students can click on the top banner that shows their point total or use the ‘more’ menu to click on ‘Activity’. T-Credits can take up to 48 hours after the event to show up in your account. If after that time has passed you still believe your points are incorrect, please fill out a help form.
When submitting your help form, be sure to attach any pictures that help prove you were in attendance at the event in question.
Ticket Transfers are not allowed for Football or Basketball tickets.
For Football: Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds or cancellations can be made.
For Basketball: Tickets can be cancelled in the Tennessee Athletics App 48hrs before the game be navigating to “Tickets” selecting the ticket and choosing “cancel”. Cancellations cannot be made within 48hrs of the game.
Note: Students are NOT allowed to transfer or sell their tickets per the Code of Conduct. Students caught buying or selling tickets from other students may be subject to a hold on requesting future tickets, and will be sent to Conduct for review.

Be sure to turn on notifications from the Tennessee Athletics App in order to receive notification reminders of upcoming events like ticket requests or claim windows opening.
