Eligible students can request and purchase tickets by following these steps.<\/span>
\nNote: Requesting tickets does not guarantee you will be assigned to purchase tickets.<\/b><\/p>\n

Before Requesting a Ticket<\/h2>\n

Step 1<\/strong>: If you haven\u2019t already, download the official Tennessee Athletics app. All<\/strong>\u00a0Tennessee Athletics student tickets will only be made available through the app.<\/p>\n

Download the App<\/a><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> If you are having trouble opening the app, check to make sure you are (1) operating at the most recent version for your device and\/or (2) clear the data\/cache from the app.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> When you open the Tennessee Athletics app for the first time, complete the registration steps. When asked, \u201cWhat type of fan are you?\u201d make sure to select \u201cStudent\u201d to receive the latest news, updates, and offers.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> New students not will be able to create their Tennessee Athletics account until mid-August.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Once on the app home screen, select \u201cMORE\u201d in the lower right corner.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Scroll down and select \u201cROCKY TOP ROWDIES.\u201d<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Tap the \u201cLog in\u201d button and enter your netid@vols.utk.edu<\/a> email address. If this is your first time logging in, please use the password RockyTop!<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> After logging in, you need to change your password by going to \u201cMore,\u201d tapping \u201cLogout,\u201d and then selecting \u201cForgot Your Password?\u201d to reset.<\/p>\n

Step 7: <\/strong>Once you\u2019re logged into Rocky Top Rowdies, CLICK HERE and use your netid@vols.utk.edu<\/a> email address to log into Ticketmaster. Please note, your registration is NOT COMPLETE without following Steps 7 and 8.<\/p>\n

If you have NEVER<\/strong> Used your @vols.utk.edu email to sign into Tennessee Athletics or Ticketmaster, select \u201cSign Up\u201d near the top to create your account.<\/p>\n

OR<\/p>\n

If you have used your @vols.utk.edu email to sign into Tennessee Athletics or Ticketmaster, sign in with your pre-exisiting password or select \u201cForgot Password?\u201d to reset your password.<\/p>\n

Tip:<\/strong> Later, you will be able to access your student tickets by logging into your Ticketmaster account on the \u201cTICKETS\u201d tab at the bottom navigation bar in the Tennessee Athletics app.<\/p>\n

Step 8: <\/strong>You will need to complete your registration by providing your first name, last name, and cell phone number, and you will need to save your payment information for those times you are selected to purchase student tickets. When entering your payment information, even if it is different than your own, make sure you enter the BILLING first name, last name, and address.<\/p>\n

Request Tickets<\/h2>\n

For regular-season home games, the ticket request window opens 10 days before the game (see <\/span>ticket request schedule<\/span><\/a> for exact dates). T<\/span>he request period lasts about two days. During this window students should log in to the <\/span>Tennessee Athletics App<\/span><\/a> and navigate to the Rocky Top Rowdies section to request their one student ticket<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To request tickets, follow these easy steps:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open the Tennessee Athletics app and tap on the Rocky Top Rowdies tab in the menu and login to your account using your netID@vols.utk.edu<\/span> email.<\/li>\n
  2. Next, tap on the “Lottery” icon in the navigation bar<\/li>\n
  3. Find the current game ticket request section and tap “enter now” to process your request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE:<\/strong> Students who have successfully purchased their ticket will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchasing their ticket. If you do not get the confirmation, fill out a help form<\/span><\/a> immediately.<\/p>\n

    Students who wish to sit together must create or join groups during the request window, but after they have requested their individual ticket. <\/span>*Group seating is based on the average T-Credits of the entire group. If you are not assigned tickets as a group in Round 1, all group members will be seen as individuals, with their individual T-Credits, for Round 2.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Creating a Group<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Request your ticket. You must request your individual ticket before creating a group.<\/li>\n
    2. Look for the “Create a Group” section and tap “Create.”<\/li>\n
    3. Look for your code and copy it to share with other students you would like to join your group.<\/li>\n
    4. Once the request period is complete you will receive notice if your group has been assigned tickets in Round 1 or Round 2.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Joining a Group<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Receive the group code from your group leader<\/li>\n
      2. Put the code in the Group Code field, then select “Join this Group”.<\/li>\n
      3. Once the request period is complete you will receive notice if your group has been assigned tickets in Round 1. If the groups is not assigned tickets as a in Round 1, all group members will be seen as individuals, with their individual T-Credits, for Round 2. Groups will need to be re-created (if desired) for Round 2. Please follow the same process of designating a group leader and then sharing your group code. Please note this is a shift from past years when groups were not considered in round 2.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        Purchase Your Ticket<\/h2>\n

        If assigned tickets in Round 1, students will have four days to purchase their ticket. See the ticket request schedule<\/a><\/span> for exact dates. Students who are assigned a ticket and do not purchase during the Round 1 period will forfeit that seat. Students who miss the Round 1 window will NOT be able to claim that ticket during Round 2, and will have to wait for the open sales period to see if tickets are still available. If a student group is assigned tickets, each student will still need to purchase their own ticket to the game.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        If students are not assigned during Round 1, they might be assigned tickets during Round 2. After the Round 1 purchase period is over, any unclaimed tickets will be forfeited, and, based on T-Credits, will be assigned to students in Round 2. If assigned tickets, the purchase period for Round 2 is two days.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Whether you are selected for a ticket in Round 1 or Round 2, the ticket will not appear in your student account until the Friday before the game. Students should ensure they have received a confirmation of purchase during their purchase window, but tickets will not be added to your account until the Friday before gameday.<\/p>\n

        Note: Groups will need to be re-created (if desired) for Round 2. Please follow the same process of designating a group leader and then sharing your group code. Please note this is a shift from past years when groups were not considered in round 2.<\/b><\/p>\n

        Note: Students are NOT allowed to transfer or sell their tickets per the Code of Conduct. Students caught buying or selling tickets from other students may be subject to a hold on requesting future tickets, and will be sent to Conduct for review.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Fulfill Gameday Requirements<\/h2>\n

        Students will need to have their tickets downloaded to their Google or Apple wallets.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        NO SCREENSHOTS WILL BE ADMITTED.<\/b><\/p>\n

        Seating begins two hours prior to kickoff, and goes until the start of halftime of the game. Students will need their tickets and their VolCard to get into the game. Names on the tickets must match the name on your VolCard.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Student seating is reserved seating, and students must sit in their assigned seats. See more at <\/span> Gameday Information<\/a>.<\/p>\n
