When asked &#8220;What type of fan are you?&#8221; make sure to select &#8220;Student&#8221; to receive the latest news, updates and offers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Once on the app home screen, select &#8220;MORE&#8221; in the lower right corner and scroll down to select &#8220;ROCKY TOP ROWDIES.&#8221; You will then see a dropdown and select &#8220;Student Basketball Tickets.&#8221; <br class=\"clearshortcode\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" class=\"size-full wp-image-896 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/bigorangetix\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/10\/Step-3_Basketball-App-Screenshot.png\" alt=\"Mobile phone screen demonstrating the locations to click to request basketball tickets.\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/bigorangetix\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/10\/Step-3_Basketball-App-Screenshot.png 600w, https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/bigorangetix\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/10\/Step-3_Basketball-App-Screenshot-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<br class=\"clearshortcode\">\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: Now, you will see the games that are available to claim. Scroll down to the Vol or Lady Vol Basketball game you would like to attend and select the &#8220;Get Ticket&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>*Student tickets for basketball games will be available at 9 a.m. ET, 7 days prior to gameday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> For student ticket quantity, select 1. Select &#8220;Add to Cart&#8221; and then tap &#8220;Continue.&#8221; Reminder: Student basketball tickets are FREE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong> Fill out all the ticket buyer info and billing address using your student email address (netID@vols.utk.edu). Then, select &#8220;Confirm.&#8221; Reminder: Student basketball tickets are FREE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7:<\/strong> Next, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
