<\/svg> Will I receive T-Credits for Vol & Lady Vol Hoops?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Yes. Each Vol & Lady Vol Hoops Game starting October 27 through December 11 will be worth at least 1 T-Credit. T-Credits will be rewarded based on scanned tickets ONLY \u2014 no geo check-ins. Games over the holiday break will not be eligible for T-Credits.<\/p>\n

<\/svg> Will earning T-Credits matter after the football season has ended?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Yes. T-credits will roll over into the following fall semester for continuing students at a rate of 50 percent.\u00a0If this results in a decimal, T-credits will be rounded up to the next whole point.<\/p>\n

<\/svg> When can I claim basketball tickets?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Tickets for each home game are made available one week prior to the game at 9 a.m. and will be available until tickets sell out, or the game has reached halftime.<\/p>\n

<\/svg> What if I claim but can no longer go?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Basketball tickets are not transferable. Should students be unable to attend a game, they will need to cancel their ticket. You may cancel your ticket up to 48 hours prior to tip-off.<\/p>\n

<\/svg> If I claim a ticket and don't attend, what happens?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

In order to ensure all students who want to attend basketball games have the opportunity to attend, we ask you cancel your ticket so it is released for another student to claim. After you have claimed three different games and not scanned a ticket, you will lose 1 T-Credit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/svg> Where is the student section?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Students will have even more at Vol Hoops in the lower levels due to media seating shifting to the top of 113!<\/p>\n

Vol Hoops:\u00a0<\/strong>Section 113 up to row 20, 114, 128, 129, and upper sections 323-327.<\/p>\n

Lady Vol Hoops:<\/strong>\u00a0128 & 129 & upper sections TBD based on demand.<\/p>\n

Students will enter Gate A.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/svg> What are T-Credits and Rowdy Rewards<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Rowdy Rewards is the official student rewards site of Tennessee Athletics. Rowdy Rewards offers T-Credits for attending several different sporting events, including football and basketball.<\/span> The more T-Credits you have increases your chances of being drawn in the weighted lotteries for home football games. T-Credits will be earned for attending basketball games, but tickets to basketball games can be reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/svg> What are \u2018Rowdies\u2019 and how do I become one?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Rocky Top Rowdies are a student organization who strive to make a positive impact on the student experience and in the Knoxville Community. Members of the Rocky Top Rowdies make it a priority to support Tennessee Athletics as much as they can.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/svg> I need accessible seating for game day. How do I request that?<\/a><\/h3><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Students needing accessible seating for games should reserve tickets as normal during the reservation period. Students can fill out an help form<\/a> <\/span>or contact the Tennessee Athletics Ticket Office at volstix@utk.edu<\/a><\/span>\u00a0to arrange for receiving accessible seating for the game.<\/span><\/p>\n
