Care coordination is a collaborative process of education, intervention, and support efforts across the university. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our Process and Philosophy <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Center for Care and Resilience (CCR) staff members identify and draw on individual strengths to move through a process of recovery and building resilience. The relationship between a student and a care coordinator is primary and essential, and care coordinators empower students to self-advocate and access resources on campus and in the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interventions proposed by the care coordinator are based on student self-determination and autonomy. The student is an expert in their own life. Students who have significant mental health diagnoses are supported and offered an opportunity to grow, learn, and change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staff<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The staff of the Center for Care and Resilience is made up of a team of care coordinators, intake and administrative professionals, and student interns who work collaboratively to support students and the campus community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
