By accessing the central reporting page, students, faculty, staff, and others can easily submit the necessary reports tailored to the specific office they require assistance from. The All-in-One reporting form<\/a> is a helpful starting point, as university administrators will ensure your report is received by the correct office(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

If this concern relates to employee misconduct\/non-compliance, please contact the Office of Investigation and Resolution (OIR). OIR manages concerns of university policy violations about employees, to include campus equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies. Concerns can be made via their online reporting form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Students can refer themselves or a friend<\/strong> to the Office of Title IX to receive support and resources for Title IX-related concerns<\/a>, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating\/domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and retaliation. Complainants are not required to file a formal complaint with the university to receive supportive measures.
