By accessing the central reporting page, students, faculty, staff, and others can easily submit the necessary reports tailored to the specific office they require assistance from. The All-in-One Reporting Form<\/a> is a helpful starting point, as university administrators will ensure your report is received by the correct office(s). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this concern relates to employee misconduct\/non-compliance, please contact the Office of Investigation and Resolution, which manages concerns of university policy violations about employees, to include campus equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies. Concerns can be made via their online reporting form<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students can refer themselves if they are experiencing symptoms of distress or a fellow Vol. Faculty and staff can refer students who may be exhibiting concerning behavior. Care coordinators will reach out to the impacted student within 1 business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conduct Violations<\/div><\/h3>

Report alleged non-academic violations of the Student Code of Conduct<\/a>. Submitting this form initiates the student conduct process, which is outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Title IX Concerns<\/div><\/h3>

Students can refer themselves or a friend<\/strong> to the Office of Title IX to receive support and resources for Title IX-related concerns<\/a>, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating\/domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and retaliation. Complainants are not required to file a formal complaint with the university to receive supportive measures. UT is committed to fostering a welcoming and nondiscriminatory campus environment. Students can report allegations of noncompliance by an employee (or other non-student actor) with campus equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, and anti-harassment policies by visiting Report to OIR<\/a>. Additionally, student employees can fulfill their mandatory reporter obligations (concerning antisemitism) under campus policy and state law by submitting a report through the official reporting form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basic Needs Support<\/div><\/h3>

The Center for Basic Needs provides one-on-one consultations with students as they navigate basic needs insecurity challenges. During these consultations, students work closely with a staff member to access and utilize both campus and community resources. Our goal is to set up each student for long-term basic needs security by empowering them with the necessary support and tools to thrive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
