Why become a Dean of Students Fellow\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Office of the Dean of Students (DOS) is committed to doing whatever it takes to support the individual success and well-being of each student. When a student does not know where to start or where to go, they can start with us. We help point them in the right direction, be a sounding board, and help them deal with any issues that might arise \u2013 academic, financial, or even social or personal. We want to help, and we are looking for students who want to maximize their professional experience while serving the UT campus community.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Deans team is comprised of passionate and student-centered colleagues who believe that mattering and belonging are essential to the Volunteer experience. The Dean of Students Fellow plays an integral part in how we operationalize this focus through inclusion, advocacy, and support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
