All chapters and councils have direct contact with their respective council advisors, and they will also have a chapter coach to help maintain accountability with the <a href=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/gogreek\/sofe\/\">Standards of Fraternal Excellence (SOFE)<\/a> as well as general chapter operations throughout the semester.<\/p>\n<h2>Roles of Chapter Coaches<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and advise assigned chapters through SOFE and chapter operations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a relationship and contact with the chapter president or assigned delegate.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with chapter presidents at least two times a semester.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with council advisor, inter\/national headquarters, advisors, and other university departments to best support the chapter.<\/li>\n<li>Provide knowledge, assistance, and resources available on\/off campus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Resources<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/gogreek\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/01\/Goal-Setting-Worksheet-1-compressed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Goal Setting Strategies Worksheet<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/gogreek\/about-us\/staff\/\">Meeting Scheduling Links for OSFL Staff<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Chapter Coaching Partnerships: Spring 2026<\/h2>\n<div class=\"one-third column \">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4574\" src=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utk.edu\/gogreek\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/10\/Stephens-Headshot-Udpated-1.png\" alt=\"A headshot of Stephen J.
