Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is a historically Black sorority dedicated to empowering women through leadership, academic excellence, and community service.<\/p>\n

As part of the first Greek-lettered sorority founded by African American college women, the UT Knoxville chapter upholds a legacy of sisterhood and social impact. Members focus on philanthropy in areas like education, health, economic empowerment, and social justice. They organize service projects, outreach programs, and campus events to uplift underserved communities. In addition to service, members strive for academic success, personal growth, and leadership. AKA looks to make a lasting impact on the university and beyond.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
