Community Reports<\/h2>\n

Learn more about our community semester by semester by taking a look at our growth and academic standings! We are celebrating 16 consecutive semesters above the all-student average GPA, with 29% of the undergraduate student body involved in a sorority or fraternity. Based on the average term GPA each semester, affiliated students have consistently achieved an average GPA higher than the calculated average for all UT students.<\/p>\n

Standards of Fraternal Excellence Reports<\/h2>\n

The Standards of Fraternal Excellence (SOFE) is the annual accreditation report for each chapter in the community. Chapters are given minimum expectations in five categories: education, administration, academics, civic engagement, and excellence. As of Fall 2023, 92% of chapters are in good standing through SOFE.<\/p>\n

Sorority and Fraternity Life has been a proud tradition in Knoxville since 1872, fostering a vibrant community now home to 49 active chapters and four governing councils. Each council uniquely supports its organizations, while every chapter offers its own distinct experience.
