Nothing in this handbook is intended or shall be interpreted to restrict students\u2019 constitutional rights, including, but not limited to, rights of freedom of speech and assembly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students are responsible for being fully acquainted and for complying with the university catalog, handbook, and other rules and policies relating to students.
