Now with over 40 locations across campus, Vol Dining is here to fuel your journey on Rocky Top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a variety of dining halls, restaurants, caf\u00e9s, and markets\u2014there\u2019s always something nearby to match your schedule and cravings. We offer nine flexible meal plans, free nutrition counseling, and many affordable, great-tasting, and healthy options to keep you going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re grabbing a quick bite between classes or sitting down for a meal with friends, Vol Dining is designed to support your lifestyle and your success at UT. Because here on Rocky Top, dining isn\u2019t just about food\u2014it\u2019s about building community and sharing experiences together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central Ticket Office<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Distributes tickets to cultural attractions, events, concerts and community events. Located at the Student Union Information Desk. Note: Big Orange Tix<\/a> is the provider of Tennessee Athletic games and tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial Aid & Scholarships\u2014One Stop<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provides a centralized source for assistance with financial aid and scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hearing & Speech Center<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provides complete evaluation and treatment services for speech, language, and hearing problems while providing clinical education to graduate and undergraduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

University Housing<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provides a home sweet home for more than 9,000 students. Our mission is to foster positive, student-centered residential communities supporting the academic mission of the university. We provide a defining experience for students through programs and amenities that facilitate individual learning and development. University Housing\u2019s value and services enhance the overall university student experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Stop Student Services<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Supports you through centralized help with undergraduate enrollment, academic records & registration, financial aid & scholarships, and billing & payment. They share information and resources and help answer questions and provide next steps on all things concerning enrollment. They are located on the ground floor Hodges Library and you can submit questions to them through your VolConnect portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking & Transportation<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Manages parking<\/a> for Knoxville campus including; garages, surface lots, permits (required), bike registration, special event parking, citation, citation appeals, and associated penalties.\u00a0Also manages the\u00a0Free T Bus Transit system<\/a> including accessible and late-night service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passport Office<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Handles new passport applications as well as renewals. Photo services are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post Office<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provides some US Post Office services, including stamp sales; the processing of parcels, express, certified mail; and postal money order sales. A campus mail drop is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychological Clinic<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A community-based mental health training clinic that provides both in-person and remote individual psychotherapy; and personality, diagnostic and psycho-educational evaluations. All services are provided by master’s and doctoral clinical psychology, counseling psychology or social work students under licensed faculty supervision. Therapy services are provided on a sliding-scale fee basis, and testing services are provided on a reduced-rate, flat-fee basis. All applicants for services must undergo a brief telephone screen to determine suitability for the clinic. Eligible applicants are assigned to a waitlist where they may be picked up, depending on the availability of therapists\/evaluators. If we cannot provide services, we will try to provide other campus or community referrals. We do not provide medication management, walk-in, or emergency services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Covers student perspectives with the Daily Beacon<\/a>, an independent student newspaper, and Ablaze<\/a>, an independent feminist magazine. The office also houses Lumos Media Services<\/a>, a student-operated commercial video and photo entity. These official university student entities offer learning opportunities in editing, writing, graphic design, video production, computer applications, advertising sales, marketing, and photography for students who desire collaborative, co-curricular experiences. The Student Publications Board appoints senior editors for the editorially independent publications. Participation is open to all university students in good standing. Applications are available in the Office of Student Media<\/a> or online.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Union Event Services<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Student Union hosts 6,000+ meetings and events a year. Student organizations are the primary users of the spaces bringing a variety of meetings, talent shows, debates, and other functions to the space. The Event Services staff assists meeting and event planners in the preparation and execution of those events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UCopy<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

VolCard Office<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Produces and manages the university – mobile credential (VolCard) used to access a wide range of services, including VolCard accounts, meal plans, off-campus merchants, building access (in conjunction with Central Alarm and Housing), and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VolShop<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The VolShop is the official campus store of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. A department of the university for over 132 years, VolShop reinvests all proceeds into the UTK community through student scholarships, campus improvements, and outreach programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The VolShop is more than a clothing store \u2014 it’s a network of locations that support student success, academics, and school spirit. It includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
