Maintenance Requests can be submitted online<\/span> by any on-campus resident.*
\nPlease follow the instructions below to ensure your request is received.
\n*Beacon Hall, Poplar Hall, and Lakemoor Station residents follow different instructions- please see below.\u00a0<\/span>
\nIf residents have trouble with system access, they can visit the front desk of their residence hall for assistance.<\/p>\n

For emergencies or lock\/key issues: <\/strong>visit your front desk for immediate assistance.

\nNew Users<\/strong>: <\/strong>If this is your first time submitting, you must register. <\/strong>Click the arrow next to \u201cNever Submitted a Request? Register Here\u201d Leave the prefilled account number as it is.<\/p>\n

Enter your name, phone number, email and create a password. Click \u201cRegister\u201d.
\nNOTE:<\/strong> This is NOT your Net ID and password .<\/p>\n

Once complete, you will be directed to the work order entry screen.<\/p>\n

  1. Enter your First and Last Name, verify your email, and phone number. This information will be saved for future requests.<\/li>\n
  2. Select your building – labeled as \u201cLocation\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. Select the \u201cArea\u201d where maintenance is needed –
    \nplease submit one issue per work order.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter your room number – labeled as \u201carea\/room number\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. Select the problem type (see back of page for details)<\/li>\n
  6. Enter a \u201cDescription\u201d of the issue (give a detailed description of the issue and the location)<\/li>\n
  7. Enter submittal password: \u201cuthousing\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Click \u201cSubmit\u201d – you will receive an email confirming your order, updates, changes, and completion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
