The HD oversees building operations while supervising the AHD, while the AHD oversees the front desk management. Together, they coordinate efforts to maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for all residents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested in earning your master&#8217;s degree? <\/strong>Full-time staff members can take advantage of UT&#8217;s educational assistance fee waiver program. With supervisor approval, staff can earn up to 9 credit hours per semester.
