Life on Rocky Top

With more than 400 student organizations to join, there is never a dull moment on Rocky Top. From Ad Club and Advancement of Neuroscience at UT to Badminton Club and Chess Club, there is something for everyone.

Students find leadership opportunities in their sorority or fraternity, improve the campus environment by serving in the Student Government Association, and find their community in the lobby of their residence hall. Volunteers attend games together, volunteer together, and study together, making UT the best place to live, learn, and experience the very best that Rocky Top has to offer.

Home Sweet Home
University Housing

University Housing is much more than a bed, a desk, and a roof over your head. We provide safe, comfortable spaces you’ll be happy to call home during your time at UT—spaces where you’ll sleep, eat, study, play, discover friends, and make great memories—but that’s just the beginning.
