Reporting these situations helps law enforcement assess potential concerns and take appropriate action before they escalate. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you or someone near you is in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.
