Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time period with a brief rest time before moving on to the next exercise.

Cycle

This class stimulates two types of terrains: flats and hills to create variety in movements and cycling positions. This class focuses on combining different intensity levels and various speeds to create a self-controlled workout.

This invigorating, high-energy class is designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, enhance flexibility, and find your inner calm—all in one session. Perfect for all levels, the class offers modifications for beginners while providing advanced pose options for those craving an extra challenge. Set to upbeat, energizing music, Power Plus Yoga will keep you motivated and inspired from start to finish. Unroll your mat and discover the perfect balance of intensity and mindfulness.

Step HIIT

Revives the classic step classes of the ’90s with a more modern workout of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class where the heart-pumping HIIT and intense resistance training moves are designed to build real muscle. This workout combines cardio and strength for the ultimate workout.

Dance

Cardio Dance

An intense 45-minute dance party that focuses on cardio and toning at intervals as you dance to your favorite music.

Hip Hop Dance

A chance for you to exercise your body and your brain as you learn a dance combination ranging from 30 seconds to a minute long that will be broken down for you in this 45-minute class and performed at the end. This class will have you sweating without you realizing it all while building your confidence, challenging yourself, and having fun. No dance experience necessary.

Zumba

Learn fun and simple Latin dance moves combined with a mix of hip hop to great music. A fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness. Let the dance party begin.

Mind-Body

Barre

A hybrid workout class which combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. It is designed to sculpt the muscles throughout the body while improving balance, stability, and flexibility to make you feel confident and strong.

Flexibility

Combining breath work and mobility exercises, this class will help to increase overall flexibility and alleviate muscle soreness.

Foundational Yoga

Foundational Yoga is the perfect entry point into your yoga journey and is designed for those new to yoga and those looking to refine their practice. This class includes an emphasis on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and building confidence in fundamental poses.

Pilates

A full body workout that works to improve flexibility, muscle toning, and strength. With exercises coming from the core, pilates focuses on six main components to enhance the workout including breath, concentration, control, precision, centre, and flow.

Power Yoga

A vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This class uses a fast pace to increase intensity while maintaining a steady flow and rhythm of movements.

Recovery

Unwind and recharge after your workout with our recovery class. This gentle, restorative class focuses on deep stretching, mobility work, and relaxation techniques to enhance recovery, reduce soreness, and improve flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels, it’s the ideal way to cool down and reset your body for peak performance.

Slow Flow Yoga

Relax with a pace that is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in the body and mind. In this class you will hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving with each breath.

Vinyasa Yoga

A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

Strength

Barbell Strength

A weightlifting class teaching and utilizing basic barbell full body movements to help improve strength and competence on the fitness floor.

Group Strength

This class provides an intense arm and shoulder strength workout and then moves into lower body strength and toning. A great upper and lower body workout that is great for all fitness levels.

Kettlebell Blast

A minimal equipment workout to get the burn going. This class is strength based and will go through many motions using only one simple weight, the kettlebell, for everyone from beginner to advanced.

Killer Core

Prepare yourself for a 30-minute abdominal and lower back attack! You will work your midsection muscles (abs, obliques, and trunk) to the max for 30 minutes. Perfect for following your personal cardio or weightlifting routine. All fitness levels are welcome.

Strength Pilates

Transform your workout with this dynamic mat Pilates class, designed to enhance core strength, stability, and overall body strength. Using a variety of equipment, this session combines the precision of Pilates with the power of weight training, delivering a low-impact, high-intensity experience. Strengthen your mind-body connection while sculpting and toning muscles through controlled, purposeful movements that push your limits and refine your control.
