Studio 11 Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Floor damage has limited this space to select group fitness classes only. Informal recreation and reservations are temporarily unavailable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the main fitness area and several amenities, the Tennessee Recreation Center for Students (TRECS) features four basketball courts and a 1\/7th-mile indoor circular track. A validated UT ID or RecSports membership card is required to use the TRECS along with a personal towel to workout.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fitness Area <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main fitness area includes over 80 cardiovascular machines and over 100 strength training stations, which includes a variety of selectorized and free-weight equipment. Cardio options include 28 treadmills, 28 bikes (peloton, recumbent, standard), 18 elliptical machines, 7 rowers, and 2 ski rowers, along with an in-house entertainment system that allows participants to watch and listen to their favorite TV stations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amenities  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Inside TRECS, participants can rent outdoor equipment from the Outdoor Center or purchase a snack at Blenz. For a more relaxing experience, participants can lounge by the pool on the outdoor patio or the upper pool deck.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day-use lockers are available in locker rooms and on the track level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
