October 2018 Updates: 

  • The event dates are February 10-12, 2019
  • Meeting registration is now open. If you are paying by credit or debit card, you can register online at this link. If you would like to pay the registration fee by check or direct bill, we will need to complete your registration by phone or e-mail. Please call or e-mail Melissa Goldberg (contact information below) to start that process.
    • There is no hard deadline for registration, but please try to register at least one month before the meeting (Thurs, January 10) to help us in our planning efforts.
  • Hotel reservations are available at the Hilton Knoxville (Downtown) at the State of Tennessee rate of $97/night. This rate is also available for the evening of Saturday, February 9, 2019. Self-parking is complimentary. To book a room using our group rate, visit this link
  • Nearest Airport: Knoxville McGhee Tyson (TYS) – about 20 minutes south of Downtown Knoxville.
  • Airport Transportation: For those arriving by plane on Sunday and Monday morning, we will provide transportation between the airport and hotel/campus. If you wish to seek your own transportation or arrive at a time when we are not available, a ridesharing trip will cost around $20 one-way. We will also provide transportation to the airport on Tuesday after the meeting.
