U-Shape

A U-shaped layout positions tables in one large U shape, filling the space of the room. Seats are positioned on the outside of the U so that all participants can see the front of the room. Unlike the square layout, a U-shaped layout leaves a large open space at the front of the room.

Pods

A pod layout creates clusters of seating around individual tables that are spread throughout the room. These layouts are ideal for small group interaction as it allows each person in a pod to face the others. When using a pod layout, some participants may be seated with their back to the front of the room.

Banquet

The banquet layout is only available in the ballroom (272) and executive dining room (377A). A banquet layout creates clusters of seating around circular tables that are spread throughout the room. It is ideal for dining events and roundtable discussions. When using a banquet layout, some participants may be seated with their back to the front of the room.
