Intellectual wellness refers to the ability to stay mentally active and curious. 

Developing Your Intellectual Wellness

  1. Choose a major or program that sparks curiosity and encourages intellectual growth. 
  2. Engage with courses and experiences that are meaningful and challenging. 
  3. Seek hands-on opportunities such as internships, co-ops, service-learning, undergraduate research, and study aboard to enrich learning.

  • Find tutoring resources or join a study group

  • Read the local or campus newspaper 
  • Play brain exercise games (i.e., Sudoku, Crossword, Wordle, etc.)
