Event Types
- Non-University Event (Unsponsored Event by Non-Affiliated Persons): See usage charges below
- Student-Sponsored Event: No usage charge.
- Faculty/Staff/Departmental Sponsored Event: No usage charge.
Cost recovery charges may apply to both university and non-university events. The rates are set when the event is scheduled and confirmed.
Supplementary charges may apply if additional cleanup and/or repair of damage is needed. The following list provides examples of such charges and may not be all-inclusive: Staffing Requirements; equipment rentals; extended hours of operation; set-up/breakdown; cleaning
FBCC Multipurpose Room (Entire)
- $300 for up to four hours, $75.00 per additional hour
- $600 for full day / Excess 8 hours
FBCC Multipurpose Room (Section)
(Multipurpose Room 202, Multipurpose Room 203, Multipurpose Room 204)
- $200 for up to four hours, $50.00 per additional hour
- $400 for full day / Excess 8 hours
FBCC Television Lounge
- $45 for up to four hours
- $80 for four to eight hours
- $100 for full day / Excess 8 hours
FBCC Conference Room
- $45 for four or less hours
- $80 for four to eight hours
- $100 for full day / Excess 8 hours
FBCC Plaza
- $200 for four or less hours
- $350 for four to eight hours
- $400 for full day / Excess 8 hours
Additional Fees
- FBCC Kitchen Cleaning Fee: $100
- Trash Removal: $50
- 8 ft Table Rental: $10
- Folding Chair Rental x 2: $10
- Tailgate Speaker: $50
- Sound System: $50
Failure to return any equipment borrowed or rented will result in full price for replacement billed to the individual who rented/borrowed item.
There are no additional fees for student sponsored events or faculty/staff/departmental sponsored events.
