The Division of Student Life invites you to participate in a one-day leadership development opportunity to further inclusion and belonging provided by the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) at UT. NCBI has more than 38 years of experience transforming communities, campuses, and organizations and is an international non-profit leadership development network dedicated to trying to create an environment in which everyone feels a sense of respect and belonging.

Throughout this day, we will equip participants with tools to facilitate conversations that advance inclusive excellence and promote coalitions to address shared societal challenges. This is done through workshops that focus on developing leadership skills for students, faculty, and staff.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
