Big Orange Pantry

Hours of Operation

Monday–Friday: 10–6 p.m.

Sunday: Noon – 4 p.m.

Shopping at the Big Orange Pantry

The Big Orange Pantry is available to all current students, faculty, and staff at UT. We’re passionate about providing a positive shopping experience! There are no requirements or applications necessary before shopping.

The Big Orange Pantry operates just like a grocery store—great music and everything! When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a volunteer. Grab a grocery basket and start shopping. Please note any categorical limits as you shop (e.g., one dozen eggs per person).

Once you’re finished shopping, visit one of our bagging stations where a volunteer will gladly help you pack your items and check out. We highly recommend bringing reusable bags, but we will have recycled bags available for use.

That’s it! If you’re a first-time shopper, don’t hesitate to let us know, and we will gladly show you around during your first visit.
