Crystal Hardeman-Ikem serves as an associate dean of students. She uses her developer strength to help students, faculty, and staff be the best version of themselves unapologetically. Crystal also provides leadership and strategic direction for the Office for Campus Culture and Community, and mattering and belonging initiatives for the Office of the Dean of Students. Crystal also oversees the campus-wide Vol is A Verb campaign.
