About Crystal Hardeman-Ikem
Crystal Hardeman-Ikem serves as an associate dean of students. She uses her developer strength to help students, faculty, and staff be the best version of themselves unapologetically. She also provides leadership and strategic direction for the Office for Campus Culture and Community, the Center for Basic Needs, mattering and belonging and outreach initiatives for the Office of the Dean of Students, and oversees the campus-wide Vol is A Verb campaign.
