Student Employment Positions
Administrative Office
This student assistant role is responsible for facilitating external and internal office communications and various functions of the Student Union Administrative Office reception desk.
Auditorium
This role focused on lighting, sound, computer, and audio-visual equipment operation for programming held in the auditorium.
Central Ticket Office
Student assistants are responsible for the sale and distribution of tickets for various campus events and programming, as well as reporting daily sales and deposits. Ideal qualities for this role are efficiency and hospitality.
Information Desk
This role is responsible for the various functions of the information desk, primarily with providing patrons with accurate information.
Loading Dock
The primary function of this position is to assist in the processing of deliveries to the Student Union, including the organization of incoming deliveries and the transportation of deliveries within the building.
Set-up Team
This role aids in the set-up and break-down of various spaces in the Student Union for various rooms and events based on requested guidelines.
Student Manager
This position is concerned with the total operation of the Student Union, including events, personnel performance, building security, and coordination with service agencies.
Tech Team
This role focused on the setup of audio-visual equipment in the Student Union for various events.
UCopy Student Assistant
This student assistant will assist in the production of print orders and other operations of the shop.
Union Station
This role is responsible for the maintenance of the recreation room, including organization, sanitation, and functionality of equipment.
