Summer Housing

On-campus housing for all summer sessions will be in Stokely Hall. All rooms, regardless of room type, will be billed at the same rate. Students must be enrolled for at least one class in a summer term to be eligible. Summer housing is available for admitted and enrolled UT students. Any visitors or non-students seeking housing may contact UT Conferences & Events for assistance.

Starting on April 1, the Summer 2025 application will be available in the University Housing Portal.  Room assignments will be made starting in late April and continue as applications are received.

Mini Term

  • May 16 – May 30            $416
    Move-in: Students notified when room is ready for move-in the week of May 12
    Move-out: Saturday, May 31

Summer Session 1

  • May 27 – July 2              $1,024
    Move-in: Sunday, May 25
    Move-out: Thursday, July 3

Summer Session 2

  • July 8 – August 9*         $1,088
    Move-in: Sunday, July 6
    Move-out: Saturday, August 9*
  • NOTE: Due to fall 2025 move-in needs, Summer Session 2 move-out occurs before the last day of classes.
    Late stays after August 9 will not be permitted.

Summer Session 3

  • July 14 – July 25             $384
    Move-in: Sunday, July 13
    Move-out: Saturday, July 26

Note: Summer Session 3 is a shorter term than Summer Session 2.
