Knoxville has a humid climate and consistently rates as one of the top ten allergy capitals in the United States. There are proactive steps you can take to improve your air quality, stay healthy, and cope with allergies.
Mildew Prevention
Knoxville experiences high amounts of rainfall and has a humid climate. Mold and fungal spores exist outdoors and are part of the natural environment. It is impossible to completely eliminate mold spores, but students can take proactive measures to maintain a healthy living environment on campus.
