About Vol Condos
Vol Condos offers 3 and 4-bedroom apartments with shared bedrooms. Apartments are conveniently equipped with full kitchens and are fully furnished. Vol Condos houses men and women, sophomores through graduate students. Vol Condos was built by a private developer in 2002 and acquired by University Housing in 2008.
Vol Condos is located on the corner of Lake Avenue and 22nd Street. Vol Condos offers 36 continuing students an independent style of living while maintaining the campus atmosphere. Vol Condos will not be offered as an option for the 2026-2027 Academic Year.
