About Lakemoor Station

Lakemoor Station apartments is a new complex that opened in August 2023 and features furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The apartments are staffed by a Hall Director, Assistant Hall Director, and Resident Assistants to support student success. Lakemoor Station houses 506 students.

Lakemoor Station is located approximately five miles south of campus along Alcoa Highway. The property is located on the UT Transit “T” bus route with regular, complimentary shuttle service to campus.

Starting in fall 2025, residents who plan to park a vehicle at Lakemoor must purchase at student parking permit from UT Parking and Transportation.
