The University Honors Living & Learning Community (LLC) is open to first-year students within any of the two University Honors programs: Chancellor’s Honors and Haslam Scholars. It is a requirement for University Honors that all participants live in the LLC in their first year. For any exception request, please reach out to the University Honors staff directly.
The University Honors LLC provides a residential atmosphere to enjoy dynamic experiences and hands-on activities that will immediately stretch scholars’ thinking through unique academic opportunities. Within the LLC, students will engage with their CliftonStrengths certified academic coach to find their natural talents and stretch those talents to align with academic and career goals. Students will have exclusive access to University Honors specific programming, including lecture series, social activities, and service-learning opportunities all within the residence hall. By living and working within a community of like-minded peers and engaging with the University Honors staff, students will be given an environment to grow, learn, and thrive.
The University Honors LLC will be located in Dogwood Hall for 2026-2027. All LLC locations are subject to change.
