Programs
Our programs support students and families in navigating the transition to off-campus living. We provide resources and guidance to make the housing search and adjustment process easier, more informed, and more connected.
Off-Campus Housing Expo
The Off-Campus Housing Expo brings local properties directly to campus, giving students and families the chance to explore off-campus housing options all in one place. Attendees can meet with property representatives, ask questions about floor plans, amenities, availability, and leasing, and compare options side by side. We host the expo each fall and spring semester and also offer a virtual expo in the winter to make the experience accessible for those unable to attend in person.

Leasing 101
Leasing 101 is a requestable, educational workshop that prepares students for their off‑campus housing search. This program covers:
- How to start the off-campus housing search, which factors to consider, and how to plan the rental process
- Tips for finding the right apartment, including location, safety, and property tours
- Understanding lease agreements, renters’ rights, and key responsibilities
This workshop gives students the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed housing decisions.
Mobile Office Hours
Through Mobile Office Hours, we bring our support directly to students in the spaces they frequent most, including residence halls, dining halls, the Student Union, TRECS, and other high-traffic areas. These sessions allow students to ask questions, receive guidance, and access resources without having to visit our office. By meeting students where they are, we ensure that help is always within reach during their housing search.
