
Dollywood Tickets at a Special Price
Dollywood has partnered with Student Life to offer a special price on Dollywood tickets for students, staff, faculty, and their families.
Dollywood offers the chance to enjoy the thrill of a theme park in the natural beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Just a short 45-minute drive from campus, Dollywood tickets can be purchased individually or for groups.
Through this partnership, ticket prices to the theme park are being offered at $51 per ticket, which is nearly half of the price of regular tickets. The rate will not be honored for non-UT groups.
Discounted tickets are available to students, faculty, and staff can be purchased online. Please note that Dollywood closes every year from around the start of January until mid-March. Tickets are unable to be purchased during this time due to the closure. If you find that the link is broken outside of this window, please fill out a help ticket.

How many tickets can I buy at once?
There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase, making this a great option for families and departments!

Are tickets refundable?
Please call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD to request a refund on any unused ticket purchases.
Rain checks are offered AT THE PARK only on the day of your visit, you must go to guest services on the day of your visit to receive a rain check. We will not be able to issue a rain check once you leave for the day.
Does this discount apply to season passes?
The discount is for regular one-day passes only. If you choose to upgrade to a season pass, your ticket will be considered a full-price ticket and can be upgraded on the day of your visit.
Are there any COVID-19 protocols in place I should be aware of before my visit?

I am purchasing tickets using a UTK procurement card. What do I need to do to show that UT is tax-exempt?
Groups that are tax-exempt must provide a tax-exempt certificate. The form of payment must match the tax-exempt certificate.
How far in advance should I purchase tickets?
It’s best practice to purchase tickets at least two weeks ahead of time before your visit, taking into account the possibility of more visitors during holiday weekends.
The link is broken. How do I get tickets?
While Dollywood is closed for winter break, typically during January and February, the discounted ticket link will be inactive. Once the park reopens for the spring season, there may be a brief delay before the link is updated. If the link is not yet active, you may contact Dollywood directly to purchase discounted tickets.
Can I buy tickets for my family members or other non-UT students to come with me?
Yes! Students and staff can log in and purchase as many tickets as they would like. And the purchaser does not need to be present to redeem the tickets at the park entrance.
If I buy tickets for someone else, do I have to be present for them to redeem?
No. Only UT students, faculty, and staff can log in to purchase tickets, but you are not required to be present when tickets are redeemed.
Do I need my UT ID with me when I go to the park?
No ID is required for park entry.
