We offer several types of housing options where you’ll feel right at home.
Community-Style Halls
Community-style residence halls include two residents per bedroom with access to the bathroom located down the hall. Bathrooms are shared by 12–30 residents and are cleaned daily by the housekeeping team.
Apartment-Style Halls
Apartment-style residence halls are furnished apartments with either a shared bedroom or a private bedroom. Each apartment has a full kitchen and furnished shared living area.
Suite-Style Halls
Suite-style residence halls typically include two residents per bedroom with access to the bathroom from the room. Bathrooms are shared by two to four residents and are cleaned monthly by the housekeeping team.
Off-Campus Master Lease
Off-campus master lease locations are apartment style and located near campus. Each apartment is furnished and includes a kitchen and in-unit laundry. The University of Tennessee has an agreement with Lakemoor Station, an off-campus property not owned by the university. Lakemoor Station is staffed by a hall director, assistant hall director, and Resident Assistant staff.
