How to Download Your Ticket

Please do this prior to arriving at the student gate on game day.

  1.  Log in to the Student Ticket Portal
  2. Using the menu located on the right  of your screen. Click on ‘Your Ticket’
  3. You will see your ticket for the upcoming game with seat assignment. To the right of your seat assignment is a small button. Click that button.
  4. The option to download the ticket into your wallet will appear. Click ‘Add to wallet’ and the downloading process should begin.

NOTE: Students are NOT allowed to transfer or sell their tickets per the Code of Conduct. Students caught buying or selling tickets from other students may be subject to a hold on requesting future tickets, and will be sent to Conduct for review.

Arriving

Student will have their own entrance, similar to last near, near gate 10. See the videos and images below for the gate location.

Note: The student gate requires attendees to use stairs to enter the stadium. If you need to enter through a different door for accessibility purposes please contact the Tennessee Athletics Ticket Office at volstix@utk.edu

Students will need to have their ticket and VolCard with them. Note: No screenshots will be allowed this year. Students must have a ticket downloaded to their phones to access the game.

Neyland has a clear bag policy.

Gates open two hours before kickoff, and scanning ends at the start of halftime.

*Note: Entry gates can get very crowded close to game time. We recommend showing up early to ensure an on-time entrance to the game.
