Once a student has downloaded their ticket to their Google or Apple wallet, they can attend the home game and sit in their assigned seat in the student section.

How to Download Your Ticket
Please do this prior to arriving at the student gate on game day.
- Log in to the Student Ticket Portal
- Using the menu located on the right of your screen. Click on ‘Your Ticket’
- You will see your ticket for the upcoming game with seat assignment. To the right of your seat assignment is a small button. Click that button.
- The option to download the ticket into your wallet will appear. Click ‘Add to wallet’ and the downloading process should begin.
NOTE: Students are NOT allowed to transfer or sell their tickets per the Code of Conduct. Students caught buying or selling tickets from other students may be subject to a hold on requesting future tickets, and will be sent to Conduct for review.
Arriving
Student will have their own entrance, similar to last near, near gate 10. See the videos and images below for the gate location.
Note: The student gate requires attendees to use stairs to enter the stadium. If you need to enter through a different door for accessibility purposes please contact the Tennessee Athletics Ticket Office at volstix@utk.edu
Students will need to have their ticket and VolCard with them. Note: No screenshots will be allowed this year. Students must have a ticket downloaded to their phones to access the game.
Neyland has a clear bag policy.
Gates open two hours before kickoff, and scanning ends at the start of halftime.
*Note: Entry gates can get very crowded close to game time. We recommend showing up early to ensure an on-time entrance to the game.
Shown above is the preferred path for students to take to reach the student gate. Reaching the gate by other routes will be more difficult due to traffic from other game attendees.
Seating
Student seating is located in sections D-K and is reserved seating. Seats are assigned during the claim 1 and claim 2 process. Students must sit in their designated seats.
To sit together, students must form groups. Groups can only be created during the request period of the ticketing process. Learn more about groups on the About Football page.
