The Native American Student Association (NASA) aims to provide a greater understanding of Native American culture through the sponsorship of campus and community events. The group welcomes all members of the UT community who are interested in learning about and teaching about Native cultures.

The purpose of NASA is to support the advancement of Native American students enrolled at UT and the Native American community in general. NASA provides extracurricular activities to students and/or faculty interested in Native American culture. As the UT chapter of the American Indian Science & Engineering Society, NASA serves as a connection to the national organization to promote diversity in STEM fields.
