Student Life offers the opportunity for staff to enhance their experience at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville through the support of employee success, well-being, and engagement. We aim to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, build relationships among colleagues, and recognize and celebrate the exceptional work of Student Life staff.

The Staff Engagement and Development Committee (SEDC) is a team of Student Life staff members that plan and implement a variety of opportunities for staff to connect with others, develop personal and professional skills, and recognize the accomplishments and work of division staff.

Through programming that educates the UT community about their own health and wellness, The Center for Health Education & Wellness encourages students to actively advocate for the health and wellness of their fellow Volunteers.
