Occupational Wellness

Occupational wellness focuses on valuable experiences and building positive relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Even in a dream job, it’s important to balance your work and your personal life to avoid burnout and ensure fair treatment in the workplace.

Developing Your Occupational Wellness

  1. Set career goals.
  2. Document your accomplishments, update your resume regularly, and utilize online platforms.
  3. Engage in relationship building and networking opportunities.
