The second phase of the Student Union has a lot going on, sure, there’s Steak N’ Shake and Union Station. But what other resources are there? And more importantly, how can you access them? From digital displays to reserving space, this is your guide to finding and using all of the resources the Student Union has to offer.

Central Ticket Office

Looking to buy tickets for the next big event on campus? Or maybe season passes to Dollywood? The Central Ticket Office has you covered. Here are the ground rules:

• All purchases must be done in person at the service counter.
• Cash and credit cards accepted.
• Online sales not available

In order to purchase discounted tickets, you must present your student ID and have paid the activities fee.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday Closed.

UCopy Printing Services

Need a large-scale poster made for a presentation? Or do you need 20 copies of that case study you wrote? UCopy has you covered. UCopy offers, large format printing, copies, book binding, lamination, banners, posters, and more. Pricing depends on what is ordered. Check out the pricing guide online for more details. To order from UCopy, follow these instructions:

• Email ucopy.utk.edu or visit the desk in the student union
• Allow for approximately 1-2 business days to receive order or rush fee can be applied for earlier order pick-up.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6pm, Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday Closed.

Reserve a Room

Need a room on campus for a meeting or event? To learn more or reserve a space, follow these instructions:

• Go to events.utk.edu.
• Select your affiliation on the home page.
• Complete the form.

Digital Display Signs

All registered student organizations are able to use digital displays around campus, including the Student Union, free of charge! For one week at a time, organizations are able to use the displays to promote events or other campus activities. To reserve a display, complete the following:

• Email slide as name of event.jpeg to rozanski@utk.edu.
• Format: 1280 x 720 landscape (orientation).

Information Help Desk

Last but not least, the Information Help Desk will be able to help you with any questions you have about resources in the Student Union. Located on the first floor by the from the entrance, the Information help desk can help point you in the right direction.
