Center Activities
Individual therapy, group therapy, being awesome!
Theoretical Style
My therapeutic approach is integrated and rooted in humanistic, multicultural, and ecological systems perspectives. I focus on building authentic and empathic client relationships and incorporate various techniques to facilitate growth.
Supervision Style
In alignment with my theoretical orientation and my personal and professional ways of being, my philosophy of supervision can be described as, “I am the fan to your glamour shot,” the model for which includes three primary foci: disarm, challenge, and empower. I also incorporate the Integrated Developmental Model of Supervision.
Professional Interests
Human sexuality, impacts of primary and secondary prisonization, grief, identity development
Personal Interests
“April 25th, because it’s not too hot, not too cold; all you need is a light jacket!”
