Theoretical Orientation
My approach to therapy is considered integrative, as my therapeutic framework incorporates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, and liberation psychology. Central to my therapeutic approach is authenticity and radical honesty with oneself and each other. By focusing on self-exploration and self-reflection, mindfulness, intentionality, and connection; I truly believe that my client will be able to grow towards self-actualization and resilience.
Professional Interests
My professional interests center on couples and relationship therapy, artists and musical performers, and supporting folks who may have historically marginalized identities with a particular focus on BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
Personal interests
Outside of therapy and classes, you can find me playing video games, hanging out with my wife and our little zoo, or playing music on a random stage or recording studio.
