Summer Services at the SCC

If you are interested in services provided by the Student Counseling Center throughout the summer semesters, please read the following information to see what eligibility requirements there are.

The following students are eligible for summer services:

  • Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in any number of credit hours during a mini-term or summer terms are eligible for services after paying the required Student Programs and Services Fee as part of their enrollment, if they are located in the state of Tennessee.
  • Undergraduate and graduate students who were enrolled during the spring semester and are registered for the upcoming fall semester, but are not enrolled in summer classes, may purchase access to summer services for a $75 fee, if they are located in the state of Tennessee

Students are able to seek a one-time appointment (also known as a triage appointment) and/or a crisis appointment without a fee associated with their account. Students will be assessed the fee once they establish ongoing care at the center and sign a consent to be charged the summer fee.
