While some programs include movement, the focus is on practical life skills that support your day‑to‑day well‑being, like sleep, stress management, food and nutrition basics, and movement that feels accessible and realistic.
You don’t need to be “into fitness” to participate.
Do I have to come every week or commit long‑term?
No long‑term commitment is required.
Most Healthy Living programs are offered as one‑time sessions, and attending once is totally fine. Some students choose to come back to similar programs — both options count.
